Xenos Jewelry Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Xenos Jewelry Affiliate Program.
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Xenos Jewelry Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you may not participate in the Program.
1. Eligibility and Approval
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in their jurisdiction.
All applications are subject to review by Xenos Jewelry.
We reserve the right to approve or reject an application based on factors including the applicant’s promotional channels, intended promotion methods, account information, fraud risk, and suitability for the Program.
Approval into the Program does not guarantee commissions, special promotions, free products, coupon codes, or other benefits.
Affiliates must provide accurate and current information when applying and while participating in the Program.
2. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Approved Affiliates receive a unique affiliate link or other tracking method provided through the Program.
Affiliates may direct traffic to the Xenos Jewelry homepage, product pages, collection pages, or other appropriate pages using valid affiliate tracking links.
Referral tracking may use cookies and other tracking technologies.
The standard cookie period is shown on the Program registration page and Affiliate dashboard. A qualifying purchase made during the applicable tracking period may be attributed to the Affiliate according to the Program’s tracking rules.
Tracking may be affected when customers block, delete, or otherwise prevent the use of cookies or related technologies.
Xenos Jewelry is not responsible for commissions that cannot reasonably be tracked because of blocked cookies, deleted cookies, browser restrictions, incorrect affiliate links, or other circumstances outside the Program’s reasonable control.
3. Commission
The standard commission rate is shown in the Affiliate dashboard and Program information.
Unless otherwise stated, commissions are calculated on the eligible merchandise value after discounts and exclude shipping charges, taxes, shipping taxes, tips, and other excluded charges.
Special commission arrangements may apply only when expressly offered or confirmed by Xenos Jewelry.
An Affiliate is entitled to commission only for legitimate qualifying transactions properly attributed to that Affiliate.
4. Commission Validation and Payment
A tracked order does not automatically become payable commission.
A commission becomes eligible for payout only after:
The customer’s order has been successfully delivered; and
30 calendar days have passed from the confirmed delivery date; and
The order has not been refunded, cancelled, charged back, reversed, identified as fraudulent, or otherwise determined to be ineligible.
Eligible commissions are paid via PayPal according to the Xenos Jewelry payout process.
Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate PayPal and payment information.
Xenos Jewelry may review referral orders before approving commissions in order to verify order validity, attribution, compliance with these Terms, and fraud risk.
5. Refunds, Cancellations and Reversals
Commissions are not payable on refunded, cancelled, charged-back, fraudulent, or otherwise reversed transactions.
If an eligible order is later partially or fully refunded, cancelled, charged back, or reversed, the corresponding commission may also be partially or fully reversed.
Where necessary, reversed commissions may be deducted from current or future Affiliate earnings.
6. Self-Referrals
Self-referrals are prohibited.
Affiliates may not earn commission from their own purchases.
Affiliates must not attempt to bypass this rule by using another email address, account, identity, payment method, associated account, household member, friend, or other person primarily for the purpose of generating Affiliate commission on purchases that are effectively made for the Affiliate’s own benefit.
Xenos Jewelry may deny commissions and review, suspend, or terminate accounts where self-referral activity or intentional circumvention is reasonably identified.
7. Paid Search and PPC Advertising
Paid Search and PPC advertising are permitted subject to the restrictions below.
Affiliates may use legitimate non-branded paid search campaigns to promote Xenos Jewelry products, categories, or relevant non-branded search terms.
Direct linking from paid advertisements to Xenos Jewelry product pages, collection pages, or other appropriate Xenos Jewelry landing pages through valid affiliate tracking links is permitted.
Branded Search Is Prohibited
Affiliates may not bid on, purchase, target, or otherwise use Xenos Jewelry branded search terms in paid search campaigns.
Prohibited branded terms include, but are not limited to:
Xenos Jewelry
XenosJewelry
XenosJewelry.com
Misspellings, variations, or close derivatives of the Xenos Jewelry name
Xenos Jewelry coupon
Xenos Jewelry discount
Xenos Jewelry sale
Other paid-search terms where the primary search intent is specifically the Xenos Jewelry brand
Affiliates may not structure paid advertisements in a way that suggests that the Affiliate is Xenos Jewelry, an official Xenos Jewelry advertising account, or an authorized representative of Xenos Jewelry unless expressly approved in writing.
Paid advertisements must not contain false, misleading, or unauthorized promotional claims.
8. Coupon and Discount Promotion
Affiliates may promote a coupon code only when that coupon has been officially assigned or expressly approved by Xenos Jewelry.
Affiliates may not:
Invent or advertise unauthorized Xenos Jewelry coupon codes;
Promote expired or invalid coupon codes as active;
Represent a public promotion as an exclusive Affiliate discount when it is not;
Advertise a discount amount or offer that Xenos Jewelry has not authorized.
A customer using both an affiliate link and coupon code does not create entitlement to duplicate commission.
9. Prohibited Promotional Practices
Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or artificial referral activity.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Cookie stuffing;
Forced clicks;
Hidden or automatic affiliate redirects;
Artificial clicks or traffic;
Fake leads or fake orders;
Self-referrals;
Manipulation of tracking or attribution;
Misleading redirects;
Spam;
False product claims;
Misrepresentation of Xenos Jewelry;
Unauthorized coupon promotion;
Trademark or branded paid-search bidding prohibited under these Terms.
Affiliates may not use malware, adware, deceptive browser extensions, automated scripts, or other technologies intended primarily to generate or overwrite affiliate attribution without a genuine customer referral.
10. Content and Advertising Standards
Affiliates must promote Xenos Jewelry honestly and accurately.
Affiliates must not make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or unauthorized claims about Xenos Jewelry products, pricing, materials, promotions, delivery times, warranties, availability, or other product or brand information.
Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, consumer protection, privacy, and disclosure laws.
Where an Affiliate receives commission, free products, payments, or other benefits in connection with a promotion, the Affiliate must clearly disclose the commercial relationship whenever required by applicable law or platform policy.
11. Promotional Materials and Brand Assets
Xenos Jewelry may provide approved promotional materials, product images, banners, links, or other marketing resources.
These materials may be used solely for legitimate promotion of Xenos Jewelry in accordance with these Terms.
Affiliates may not modify Xenos Jewelry trademarks, logos, product claims, or marketing materials in a way that is misleading or suggests an unauthorized relationship.
Participation in the Program does not transfer ownership of Xenos Jewelry intellectual property to the Affiliate.
12. Affiliate Responsibility
Affiliates are responsible for the content, claims, advertising, websites, social accounts, campaigns, and promotional methods they use.
Affiliates are also responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with the rules of any advertising platform, search engine, social platform, website, marketplace, or other service they use.
Xenos Jewelry does not reimburse Affiliate advertising expenses unless expressly agreed in writing.
13. Review, Suspension and Termination
Xenos Jewelry may review Affiliate accounts and referral activity where necessary to protect the Program, customers, and legitimate Affiliates.
We may suspend or terminate participation where an Affiliate materially violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent or deceptive activity, repeatedly generates invalid referrals, or otherwise abuses the Program.
Where appropriate, Xenos Jewelry may deny commissions associated with violations of these Terms.
Legitimate commissions earned before a policy change or termination will be handled according to the rules that applied when the qualifying referral occurred, except where the referral itself was fraudulent, invalid, refunded, charged back, or otherwise ineligible.
Affiliates may request removal from the Program by contacting support@xenosjewelry.com.
14. Changes to the Program
Xenos Jewelry may update the Program, commission structure, promotional rules, payment procedures, or these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will apply prospectively from their effective date unless a change is required to address fraud, legal obligations, system abuse, or invalid transactions.
Continued participation in the Program after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
